Early Bird Renewal 2026 ACH Form

This form must be submitted by an authorized check signer on the troop bank account.

What is ACH?
An Automated Clearing House (ACH) transaction allows a third party—in this case, Girl Scouts of Southern Arizona—to electronically withdraw (debit) funds from or deposit credits into a troop’s bank account.

Why use ACH for Early Bird Renewal?
Using ACH makes renewing your troop’s memberships quick and hassle-free! Instead of handling multiple transactions, Council will process the renewal payment for you. This ensures:

How does ACH work for troop renewals?

1. Submit this form to let GSSOAZ know which troop members should be renewed for Early Bird 2026.
2. On the scheduled dates below, Council will process an ACH debit withdrawal for the total renewal amount—no need to log into MyGS or pull out a debit card!

📅 Membership Renewal ACH Debit Schedule:

• Forms submitted by March 31, 2025 = ACH debit withdrawal on April 2, 2025.
• Forms submitted April 1-April 18, 2025 = ACH debit withdrawal on April 22, 2025

 

⚠️ This form closes at the end of the day on April 18, 2025. Submissions will not be accepted after that date.

To let us know who’s being renewed with this ACH transaction, you can:

📌 Upload your own roster – Just make sure it includes first and last names plus membership type (girl or adult).

OR

✍️ Use our form to enter the names of all girls and adults being renewed.

By submitting this form, the authorized signer acknowledges and agrees to the following:

• GSSOAZ will debit the troop’s bank account on the scheduled dates listed in the Membership Renewal ACH Debit Schedule for the full balance due for 2026 membership renewal fees for all members listed on this form.
• The troop is responsible for ensuring sufficient funds are available to cover these debits and for any non-sufficient funds (NSF) charges that may occur.
• The troop expressly authorizes GSSOAZ to reattempt any debits that fail for any reason.
• If a debit fails due to insufficient funds or incorrect information, and members are not otherwise renewed before the Early Bird Renewal deadline, the troop will not qualify for any related incentives.
• ACH transactions will only be processed if at least 80% of the troop is renewing.
• Only one ACH form may be submitted per troop for Early Bird Renewal 2026.
• Membership fees are remitted to Girl Scouts of the USA (GSUSA) and are nonrefundable once the ACH transaction has been initiated.

GSSOAZ Debit Authorization:

I authorize Girl Scouts of Southern Arizona to initiate electronic debit withdraws from our troop account for payment of 2026 annual membership fees for the troop members listed on this form. I acknowledge that the origination of ACH transactions to my account must comply with the provisions of U.S. law.
